Make sure you have a hard surface

This product is very good when operated in the right environment. I put this together in less than 2 minutes, tested it and the red button wasn't working on my daughters bedroom floor, so I brought it down to the living room and tried it downstairs and to check if any issues, no the red button seemed sticky, so I went back to store to exchange and the lady behind the till demonstrated it worked fine, when I got home I tried it on the tiled kitchen floor and it worked perfectly, YOU NEED A HARD SURFACE! Not made very clear, we have stuck a hard book underneath!

It was easy enough to put together the only downside is the red button you press to release chase to go down the ramp I a little hard but works fine if the ramp I place on a hard flat surface.
