Loved when worked but had 2 faulty, don’t last!

Brought my daughter this for Xmas it worked for a few weeks then stopped working. Replaced batts and nothing! Got a replacement but when arrived this one didn’t bark properly and had a mechanical issue as kept stopping and making a weird noise. Didn’t try for a third just got a refund instead. Cant fault customer service though just the toy itself, to get 2 faulty is just bad luck.
