Ice Cream Set is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 18.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from My 2 year old loves it!! I bought this for my little boy for his 2nd Birthday, he loves playing with them and sharing them out. His little friend loves them too so I bought her the same set for her 2nd Birthday. One of the ice cream tubs broke the first day we used it but still not sure if it was our puppy who did it. The paper cases and napkins seem a bit pointlesa for a 2 year old but I presume older children would use them more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulouse Ice Cream Cones My grandson is fascinated by the Ice Cream Cones toy that is sold in America. I saw this on line and had to purchase it. It is very well made and my grandson will love it. I am sure he will have hours upon hours of fab fun.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Enjoyable toy but could be better quality. Bought for my twins for Christmas. They love the role play and ice cream to scoop onto the cones. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the materials used for the ice cream tubs which is very cheap, thin plastic with a paper label. My boys have only had it for two days and already the labels are starting to rip as they get caught when putting the lid on. The paper cone covers and serviettes are also paper which won’t last long with toddlers. Perhaps using fabric for those items and stronger plastic tubs with the labels printed on them would improve it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I always used the ELC when it was in the centre of Oxford. I'm glad it's online now because it is situated quite far away from me and I don't get there very often. I like the CDs too

Questions & Answers

Hi, I can see you've said previously that the ice cream pieces are not magnetic and slot together but I want to know how or if they attach to the scoop or will they need to be held in place by the child?

Asked by: Monkeymummy
Hello, Thank you for your query. If you zoom in on the third image you will be able to see a mechanism on the handle of the scoop. The ice cream is pushed into the scoop and the mechanism holds this in place. Then to release the ice cream from the scoop the mechanism needs to be pulled down on the handle. I hope this information is of use.
