Rated 4 out of 5 by from The yellow slide was damaged in delivery. This was replaced by ELC without any quibble. The customer service communications from ELC were reasonable. (I had to communicate with various customer service operatives, communication and timing was at times lacking.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from First boxes had to be sent back as completely broken and pieces falling out. Second box had two missing pieces which nearly a month later I'm still waiting for.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The staff in the shop when we returned it were great. It was the online Customer Service Support that was inadequate. They need to assign one person to a complaint and look at it from the customer experience perspective vs. quick wins for them / tick box exercise...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I had problems ordering this product as I purchased it with ELC,I phoned twice only to be told the product was out of stock but then I received s txt stating it was going to be delivered and it was actually delivered within a week. Communication was very poor between ELC and Plum and nobody informed me with the correct information but I did receive a txt on the day stating that it would be delivered!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Product didn't come with instructions. When I contacted elc I was told to find them on line, no apology from staff. Found similar instructions online that did help but nothing on the elc website for this product.

I have an artificial lawn, can you advise how it can be anchored? - or is this product not suitable for all owners with an artificial lawn.

Does this have to be attached to the ground via concrete?  Is it sturdy enough in itself if it wasn't?

Asked by: cheeky tinker
Hello, Thank you for your query. The item is provided with ground anchors to anchor the product into the ground, we would not recommend using the item without anchors. I hope this helps.

How easy is this to put together? What tools are required. Thank you.

Asked by: Deborah
It's easy enough for a competent DIYer. It's quite time consuming as their are a lot of pieces, but the instructions are pretty clear and all pieces are numbered, so it's a case of working thorough it step by step. I did have some leftover pieces, but it's still standing study 12 months later and after plenty of use.

Please can you tell me how the product anchors to the ground and can it be put into concrete?

Asked by: Emma
Hi Emma, Thank you for your enquiry. A hole needs to be dug next to legs of the frame, this is than filled with concrete and put the ground anchors in and attached to the frame. The manufacturer recommendation is not be used on concrete ground. I hope this helps.

What age would this be recommended up to?thanks

Asked by: sarah
It really depends on how tall your child is and how confident they are. My 18 month yr old is tiny and I confident so it will last another year and a half for her. I would guess 2-2.5 yrs old. Hope that helps?!

Hi, owners would you say that this entertains a 2 year old very well or is it too small? It would be good to see in store before committing to purchase. Thank you

Asked by: Karen
It depends on how big your two year old is,the swing may be too little but I think it's a fantastic buy as my little one keeps herself entertained and think it's right for a two year old to access. Hope that helps!
