product information

With lots of activities to keep little hands busy, the Twist and Turn Activity House encourages the development of fine motor skills, hand-to-eye coordination and problem-solving skills.

Your little one can turn the handle on the side to see the cogs spin, and open and close doors to hide and retrieve the shapes.

As your baby gets older, they can discover which shapes fit into the holes, tap them in using the hammer, post balls into the chimney and down the ball run, and you can help them find out how to open the doors using the keys.

Includes activity house, 2 plastic keys, 2 plastic cubes, 2 plastic balls and a plastic hammer.

Quick facts:
-Brightly coloured plastic activity centre
-Younger children can enjoy turning the cogs, opening doors and taking out shapes
-Older children can enjoy posting and sorting shapes, using the hammer and unlocking doors
-Helps development of motor skills, thinking skills and coordination.

Bought this for half price, so glad I didn't pay full price as I don't think it is worth it.

We got this on offer so well worth the money.
We bought it for our daughters first birthday. She loves shape sorting and also taking things in and out of things. This ticks both boxes and more. She will sot and play happily with this for a good while as will her almost 4 year old brother!
It is a bit pricey at full cost

Exciting to watch the balls run down the slope, open the doors with the keys and post the shapes into the slots for them. Great to get baby to do things by themself and watch their reaction. Brilliant.

Good for fine motor skills, colourful and attractive. Sixteen month old enjoys playing with this toy and it is challenging for him as he has not yet managed to use the keys by himself.
As other reviewers have said, it does not have enough balls and cubes. Even a couple more of each would make a big difference.

Here's a list of the questions other shoppers have asked owners of the Twist and Turn Activity House

  1. lesley asked on
Is this suitable for 2yr old or is it too babyish?
    1. Helen replied on
Depends how good they ate with shapes. My 12 month old can only do the ball shape and doesn't understand the doorkeys yet. Hope that helps.
    2. Michelle replied on
I agree with Helen. Bought it for a 1 yr old and they couldn't master all of the shapes, was more about bashing the pieces together!
