A great way to familiarise your child with countries and cities, the Travel the World game teaches about unique landmarks and animals of the world, and modes of travel, too: sail across the sea on a cruise, fly on an aeroplane across the globe or take a bus to another city.

Here's a list of the questions other shoppers have asked owners of the Travel The World Game

  1. Amanda asked on
Ive inherited the game but it has lost the instructions. Are there any imstructions i can download or could you briefly explain how to play the game please?
    1. Julia replied on
I'm not sure about downloading the rules, but this is how we play it from the instructions in box. For younger children, you need 3 cards, older children 5 cards. Deal them face down, turn first card over and this is your starting country. Place player counter on that country. You then need a bit of a strategy to move around the other 2/4 countries before returning to your starting point. The spinner - spin first time to determine mode of transport. Helicopter/Plane - you can move over land and sea. Boat - sea only, bus/car - land only. Spin again to see how many red/grey dots to move. Winner is first one back to their starting country. The postcards are used for a more indepth game or you can use them as a 'guess the country' sort of game to familiarise younger players with the world map.
