Great for encouraging imaginative play
Made with sturdy wood for years of fun
Bright and colourful graphics.

Great for your child's development:

This large dolls' house is a lovely inspiration for imaginative play. Your child can use their own dolls and other toys to make the dolls' house their own, and sit down at the table, have a bath, take a nap, enjoy the view from the roof terrace, or invite a friend over. Children use 'real-world' imaginative play to start understanding how the world works, and bringing dolls to life is a great way to build communication skills and expand their imagination. There's lots of room to play with friends too, which is great for building social and communication skills.

ELC star quality:

We love the large scale of the dolls' Manor House, which makes it really comfortable for little hands to play in. The fantastic and colourful detailing on all the walls and floors really bring the doll house to life – so it's a great springboard for your child's imagination. The dolls' house is also really good for playing with friends, and it lasts for years- because as your child grows, they can invent increasingly sophisticated adventures for their lucky dolls.

What you need to know:

-Comes complete with dressing table and stool, bed with satin sheets, lamp, piano and stool, dining room table, two chairs, cake, toilet, roll-top bath, chaise longue finished with soft fleece, hanging basket and big windows
-Dolls available separately
-Size: 120cm x 85cm x 38.5cm
-Not suitable for children under 36 months due to small parts

Playing tips:

Welcome home
Let's move our dolls into their amazing new home. We can sit them down in the kitchen to share a meal, or take them upstairs for a chat in the lounge.

Doll days
Let's create stories with our dolls. They can bake a cake, spend the day together or invite a friend to visit. We can help a doll have a bath, go for a nap or enjoy the view from the roof terrace.

Great for:

-Inspiring endless imaginative games
-Playing with friends or by yourself
-Playing 'house'
-Little hands to play in the big house
-Helping your dolls enjoy their dream home

My daughter enjoys playing with it, pretty easy to put together.
The furniture is rather cheap and already the chairs, dressing table are broke.
I wouldn't of brought it at full price. Had 20% birthday club voucher plus had an extra 20%.

This is not for a busy parent to assemble-better to leave it to the grandparents who with the cost probably paid for it anyway! It is a bit like flat pack furniture to assemble and looks complicated. However, with time and patience it is actually fairly straightforward which is surprising since all of the instructions are pictorial and there is not one word written. You occasionally need the help of a friendly octopus i.e. lots of hands to hold bits during the assembly process. Having said all that the construction project went smoothly overall apart from one piece that had not been drilled properly. ELC quickly replaced it but unfortunately with a whole new dolls house! This said, it involved bureaucratic hassle to sort this all out but it was resolved. All the effort was worthwhile when seeing the smile on the face of the recipient !!! Not to be embarked upon lightly but an exceptionally good outcome.

I bought The Manor House for my 2 and a half year old daughter. The product is really good quality and the furniture that comes with the house is particularly good. It was fairly easy to put together and the instructions were easy to follow. We bought this item in the sale and the price we paid was an absolute bargain.

My daughter has not stopped playing with this since Christmas Day. She absolute loves it and has great fun manoeuvring her dolls around the house. She has no problems at all reaching the rooms or putting the dolls up and down the stairs.

My only criticism is that there are no dolls to go with this house. I know that Rosie's World is recommended but as there is no "family" available they aren't ideal. I bought my daughter a Disney prince and princess pack from another shop and they are perfect. The dolls are approximately 4.5" and go well with the size of this dolls house.

I ordered and paid for this product online and then picked it up in store. The process was easy, fast and efficient. Overall, I would highly recommend this product and ELC.

Bought it at a reduced price so it was a great value for money. My 4.5 years daughter loves it. It is big and sturdy and elegant. You could use it even for bigger dolls (such as Barbie, though it do not fit all the furniture perfectly).
