Here's a list of the questions other shoppers have asked owners of the Magnetic Letters - Lower Case

  1. Sarah asked on
There are some magnetic long straight lines in the pack I have bought. Silly question, but does anyone know what they're meant to be for? Thanks!
    1. Susan replied on
I bought these for my young grandson and although he brought them here a few times, I haven't seen them recently and I can't remember what the long lines were for. Sorry.
    2. Emma replied on
I didn't get any long straight lines in my pack but I got white straight ones with a little flick on the bottom which I use for the letter l.

    3. Patricia replied on
Sorry, we did not get any long white lines in our pack.
  2. Fiona asked on
How many complete alphabet sets are included?
    1. Laurie-Mae replied on
Between 3 and 4. For some letters, there are more than 3. I bought 6 boxes for teaching P1 so I have plenty of each letter. Here is a photo of my first three boxes.

  3. Ruth asked on
What is the average size of the letters? Are they too small to have on fridge with a baby around?
    1. Susan replied on
The letters are probably about an inch high and I wouldn't think they are suitable for a baby as they could put them in their mouth. We bought them for my grandson for his 3rd birthday and they are ideal to help him to recognise letters and learn to spell.
    2. Patricia replied on
Yes, just over an inch square. However quite chunky - we have used them with babies around, who may put them in their mouths and suck, but no danger of swallowing letters.
  4. Elizabeth asked on
Do these include two-letter sounds as one, like a th connected together?
    1. Laurie-Mae replied on
      No, all individual letters.
