product information

A sturdy action-packed play table with lights, sounds and activities for your child to explore.

The Light and Sounds Activity Table is a bright, colourful toy centre with a host of activities to delight your baby. Your child will love turning the knobs, pressing the spinner and watching the colourful balls race down the chutes. The flashing lights and funny sounds make it extra fun. The set includes 8 balls and a mini hammer to tap the balls through the holes. There's even a choice between loud or soft mode for energetic or quiet play.

Quick facts:
•Activity table with a host of different games
•Flashing lights and funny sounds
•Comes with hammer to tap balls through holes
•Loud or soft mode
•Encourages standing

Great for your child's development:
Pulling themselves up to play the games on the Light and Sounds Activity Table helps your baby learn to stand with support, and watching the balls come zipping down the chutes gives them plenty of practice at bending down and standing up again. Learning to turn the knobs, pull the lever and knock the balls with the hammer allows your baby to discover cause and effect, and helps develop their fine motor skills.

ELC star quality:
We've designed the Light and Sounds Activity Table to intrigue your toddler and boost their strength and co-ordination at the same time. Your child can discover how to spin, balance, tap, chase and push the colourful balls – all at a sturdy table that's just the right size for them to support themselves as they play.

What you need to know:

Contents: 1 x activity table, 8 x balls and 1 x hammer.

Adult assembly required.

Batteries: Requires 3 x AA batteries.

Not suitable for children under 12 months.

Playing tips:

Drop a Ball
Let's drop a ball through a hole, then seek it out. We can reach up, bend down, and move around the table.

Where's it gone?
Let's help Mum or Dad find the balls. It's a good job we're here to help – grown-ups don't seem to have a clue where to look.

Great for:
Learning about cause and effect
Pulling up, crawling round and bending down
Picking and placing practice for little hands.

toddler loves this
sounds are a bit irritating - wish there was an off switch!

Steep price so it was risky that my son might get bored quickly - only bought it as I knew he loved his friend's one and couldn't get hold of a second hand one locally.

I bought this for my almost 1 year old grandson for Xmas.
He loves it! He spends ages putting the balls in and checking where they come out. Pulls himself up without tipping. His older cousins also enjoyed playing with so should last a long time.

There is nothing about this toy that I don't love. My son has been playing with it for over 6 months now....every day without fail. Don't be put off by the price tag, it's well worth the money

My 10 month old was bought this as a Christmas present and it quickly became a firm favourite. He was just starting to pull himself up, and the table is an excellent height and sturdy enough for this. Watching him figure out what to do with the balls was great to watch - he quickly got the hang of it. Just hearing the sounds the table and the balls make will have him rushing across the room to go and play with it. A great distraction when he's doing something he shouldn't be! His 2 year old and 5 year old cousins had lots of fun playing with it too, so I'm sure it's going to be played with for a long time too.

This is a great toy which my two babies (15mths and 2 1/2) love to play with every day. It definitely keeps them occupied and isn't the most mind numbing for adults who are playing along either! This is the toy that any visiting kiddies go to first. It's very sturdy, well made and easy to clean. I was concerned that the babes would tire of it easily as it basically involves dropping balls through holes but to my surprise there were loads of different ways of doing this. I was concerned about the price but it is worth it. It's a great, simple, quality toy. Thanks ELC.

This is definitely our favourite toy! Our daughter had it as a first birthday gift and we have spent hours playing with it all together. Even her teenage aunts and uncles seem to enjoy it! This is also ideal for babies who are just learning to stand up as it's just the right height to hold on to and the bright colours are really stimulating, our eight month old goddaughter loves it too!

One of the best toys that my boys have. Although we got it for my 11 month-old boy, his 2 years and half brother plays with it as well. They both love it, and they can't have enough of it.

This is a fantastic toy & activity centre for little ones. My 9 month old loves it & spends a lot of time around this activity table. It encourages hand-eye coordination and the sounds too are good to emphasise any moves around the table. It has helped my little one practice standing, sitting to pick up balls and place these on the table and walking around the table. My 5 year old also enjoys interacting with his little brother when hes playing around this table. This is one of the best toys I have bought for my little boy and would definitely recommend.

Here's a list of the questions other shoppers have asked owners of the Light and Sounds Activity Table

  1. Claire asked on
Hi, just wondered if anyone could answer a query I have with the light and sound table. I bought the table for my son this Christina's. Can anyone tell me if the lights are supposed to be bright or just subtle. We can hardly see the lights chase round the middle section when activated by the different ball drops etc. They are very low lit. Is this normal? Thanks.
    1. LAURA replied on
Hi yes ours are very dim too. To be honest I don't notice them.
